“The Lake Isle of Innisfree” By W.B. Yeats Review

The poem is about an actual place near the coast of Ireland, the Lake Isle of Innisfree, which is a very small, uninhabited island on the lake Lough Gill, in County Sligo.

I gotta say that this poem had the potential to be a 3 star poem but it didn’t use that potential.

The plot itself was so boring that you can’t even imagine. It might be something to do with me being harsh with poems but come on I can’t stand a bad plot no matter if it is a book or a poem or a movie.

The writing style here was bad, which really even more destroyed the poem for me.

I give this poem 1 / 5
