“Morning On The Wissahiccon” By Edgar Allan Poe Review

This one is describing the natural beauty of Wissahickon Creek, which flows into the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia.

Will I was reading I had the feeling that this one is sort of a commentary on the effects of man vs wild nature. Which I didn’t like.

The writing style here was pretty okay but nothing better than this one. As someone who have read every short story and poem by Edgar Allan Poe I know that Edgar Allan  Poe was able to do better than this one.

The plot here was pretty good but the whole potential wasn’t used. All I’m saying is that it could be better.

For me there also been something missing in this short story.

I give this book 1 / 5
